compare and contrast, this is the difference between good and evil. fogel family update:

17 Mar palistinian residents from the southern city of Rafah hit the streets Saturday to celebrate the terror attack in the West Bank settlement of Itamar where five family members were murdered in their sleep, including three children. Residents handed out candy and sweets, at night there were fireworks

The Difference Between Israel And Palestine

The Palestinians hate Israel so much that they would gleefully slaughter even the most innocent Israeli.

But when they need help, who do they turn to? Not Allah. Not Hamas or Saudi Arabia or any other Islamic entity.

They turn to Israelis.

After massacre, settlers help bring new life into world: IDF forces and local paramedics helped save the life of a Palestinian woman and her newly born infant Wednesday, at the settlement where Fogel relatives are sitting Shiva for the five Israelis brutally murdered last week.Just as IDF Chief of Staff Benny Gantz arrived in Neve Tzuf to offer his condolences, a Palestinian cab raced towards the community’s entrance. In it, soldiers and paramedics discovered a Palestinian woman in her 20s in advanced stages of labor and facing a life-threatening situation: The umbilical cord was wrapped around the young baby girl’s neck, endangering both her and her mother.

The quick action of settler paramedics and IDF troops deployed in the area saved the mother’s and baby’s life, prompting great excitement and emotions at the site where residents are still mourning the brutal death of five local family members.

The paramedics noted that only a few meters away, baby Hadas Fogel was viciously slaughtered. They recalled seeing fireworks and celebrations in Palestinian communities after the Fogel murders. But their job is to save lives.

Israelis truly love children more than they hate their enemies. It is unfortunate the same can’t be said for Palestinians.

I wonder if we’ll see this story in the LA Times? Isn’t it telling that settlements provoke Palestinians to kill innocents, yet, even in the face of unapologetic savagery, Israel remains immune to such provocation?

That’s the difference between good and evil, between humanity and bestiality, and between Israelis and Islamists.

UK: Columnist Melanie Phillips Under Investigation For Calling Palestinian Murderers of Israeli Family “Savages”…

The UK never ceases to amaze me.

(Guardian)A Melanie Phillips blogpost on the Spectator website which referred to the “moral depravity” of Arab “savages” is being investigated by the Press Complaints Commission.

The online comment piece, headlined “Armchair barbarism”, focused on media coverage of the murder of five members of a Jewish family in the West Bank settlement of Itamar by Palestinian militants earlier this month.

“The moral depravity of the Arabs is finding a grotesque echo in the moral bankruptcy and worse of the British and American ‘liberal’ media,” wrote Phillips.

“Overwhelmingly, the media have either ignored or downplayed the atrocity – or worse, effectively blamed the victims for bringing it on themselves, describing them as ‘hard-line settlers’ or extremists.

“To the New York Times, it’s not the Arab massacre of a Jewish family which has jeopardised ‘peace prospects’ – because the Israelis will quite rightly never trust any agreement with such savages – but instead Israeli policy on building more homes, on land to which it is legally and morally entitled, which is responsible instead for making peace elusive. Twisted, and sick.”

The column, which also referred to coverage of the murders by CNN, the BBC and the Guardian – part of the group that publishes – prompted two complaints to the press watchdog, one of them from Engage, a group promoting Muslim engagement in British society.

Inayat Bunglawala, chair of Muslims4UK, said: “Her words went far beyond just denouncing the killings. It was a far more generalised racist outburst against Arabs as a whole.

“If you insert the word ‘Jew’ or ‘Jewish’ where she has referred to Arabs then I am sure she would have no doubt that those words would be antisemitic. Just as she abhors antisemitism it is important that she maintains the same vigorous anti-racist stance against Arabs. It is just unacceptable to use that kind of language.”

Bunglawala said he had also complained to the police about the column.

he says “if you inserted jew or israeli”

hahaha whoooooooeoeoeo thats funny… and thats where his argument falls apart, cause you cant isert them, the world is not equally rife with examples of jewish savagry and barbarism only islam has won this title.

remember the fact that a 16 month old baby girl was decapitated in her fathers arms along with the rest of the family. meanwhile when word hit the Palestinian street celebrations were held and candy was passed out. and they had fireworks.
What would you call people who would do a thing like this and then celebrate over it ?

savages? barbarians?  or misunderstood?

Why They Celebrate Murdering Children
Islam is as Islam does.

Do you think the State Department noticed that no one in Arizona, Mexico, or even Mars took to the streets to celebrate the shooting of Gabrielle Giffords? No one seemed to think it was a “natural” act — the Islamic term du jour to rationalize the throat-slitting massacre of a sleeping Jewish family: 36-year-old Udi Fogel, his 35-year-old wife, Ruth, and, yes, their three children: 11-year-old Yoav, 4-year-old Elad, and Hadas, their 3-month-old baby.

There had been about a week between this most hideous Muslim barbarity and . . . well, the last hideous Muslim barbarity. On that one, the Obama administration could not bring itself to label as “terrorism” a Kosovar jihadist’s gory attack on American airmen in Germany.

Arid Uka had opened fire in a sneak attack at the Frankfurt airport, killing two and seriously wounding two others while screaming the obligatory “Allahu Akbar!” Wasn’t that a terrorist attack? Gee whiz, you know, the State Department’s chief spokesman just couldn’t say. After all, in P. J. Crowley’s mindless yet seemingly inevitable comparison, “was the shooting of congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords a terrorist attack?”

Muslims are frequently found carrying out the Koranic directive to “strike terror into the hearts of the unbelievers.” Actually, make that the Koranic theme, so often is it reiterated in the scriptures devout Muslims take to be the verbatim commands of Allah. (See, e.g., Suras 3:151, 8:12–13, 8:60, 9:5, 33:25–27, 59:2–4, 59:13.) And that is beside the hadith, scriptures in which Mohammed, taken to be the perfect Muslim role model, boasts, “I have been made victorious with terror.” (Bukhari 4.52.220 — just scroll down from here, through the glories promised to Muslims who wage jihad against the infidels.)

Muslims, in fact, are more often exhorted by their scriptures to brutalize non-Muslims than Christians are urged by the gospels to love their enemies and turn the other cheek. Yet, though we assume the latter are meant to take the message to heart, we are somehow sure Islam doesn’t really mean what it says — that when Muslims strike terror into the hearts of the unbelievers, it must be Israel’s fault, or America’s, or something, anything, other than Islam, the only common denominator in these attacks.

For U.S. officials, it is a bridge too far to acknowledge the welter of doctrinal grounding that supports these atrocities. Sort the deranged likes of Jared Loughner from the ideologically driven adherents of Islam? Observe the chasm between mentally disturbed killers and mentally conditioned killers? No way.

So here’s a suggestion: Maybe our paralyzed policy makers could see their way clear to noticing how Muslims respond to Muslim jihadists: Like the Muslims across the globe who cheered the 9/11 attacks; like those who littered Arid Uka’s Facebook with such commentary as, “Way to go, you old killer!” and “That is part of this beautiful religion. One is allowed to fight the unbelievers when attacked.”

Maybe then the American government could be as revolted as the American people are by the celebrations in Gaza over last Friday’s murder of the Fogel family

update to compare and contrast:

more claims whining and crying crocodile tears about islamaphobia, which are ridiculous at a minimum and ludicrous and insulting in also.

President of the Association of Muslim Social Scientists in Great Britain: “There Is a Tsunami of Islamophobia in the West”

“There is a tsunami of Islamophobia in the West,” stating that curricula for Islamic studies in Britain need to be developed. He stressed the importance of the issue of “integration of knowledge” in the education systems in our educational institutions.

islamaphobia,…. what could possibly spur that?

it must be arising from a vacuum in time space…

couldnt possibly have anything to do with the constant murdering of non muslims across the globe from misunderstanders of the religion of peace

Pakistan: Islamists Gun Down Two Christians Outside Church…

or the fatwas declaring that christians have no right to build new or even repair old churches in muslim countries while muslims in the west demand to build mosques atop our dead, dead they murdered, such as the 911 mosque in new york..
